All serial numbers

Cause:
Customer would like to control with VW3A1101

Resolution:
Set Ref 1B switching to Ref 1 ch
Set Ref 1 ch to HMI
Set Porfile (CHCF)  to SEP
Set Cmd switching (CCS) to Cd1
Set Cmd cd1 to HMI
