Power Monitoring Expert v8.2/v9.0 /PME2020: CM2000 driver provides incorrect firmware version

Issue
PME 2020 and in previous versions show the firmware version of the CM2000 series meters incorrectly, both in Vista and in the Diagnostics. This intern has an impact on Power Advisor as well.

Environment
Power Monitoring Expert v8.2/v9.0 /PME2020

Cause
Bug with the PME driver.

Resolution
