DTMs cannot be found error in RemoteConnect
- If RemoteConnect says “DTMs cannot be found”, try a catalog update first.
- After starting RemoteConnect, please switch to the Catalog tab and click the “Update Catalog” button to see what is happening. After the operation is complete, please check the list (the list of device DTMs is shown as below).
- If that doesn't help. Try restarting your PC.
