Solution
Different software may require different settings. The settings below are for Gurux DLMS Director. Values are in hex. For example Physical server 64 is decimal 100.

Start Protocol: DLMS
Logical Name Reference: Checked
Authentication: None
Client address 10
Physical Server 64
Host Name: IP address of meter
Port: Port defined on the meter, default is 4059
Protocol: Tcp
Use Serial port through ethernet: Checked
