How do I activate my licence offline using Web Portal Method
1.Run Schneider Electric License Manager.
2.Click on Options > Settings. 
3. Below window will be displayed. Tick the box below “Force Offline Method” and click OK.
4.Once you have done it, you will get more options when you click Activate button.
5. You can use the Web portal Method. See Help for further information.
