How to make PLC Simulator work into a PC doesn't contain Control Expert ?

Steps to configure PLC Simulator:

1- Copy the PLC_Simulator folder from a machine where Control Expert is installed and place it in the virgin machine.
2- Export the registry from the machine where Control Expert is installed, import it in your virgin machine and install it.

3- Execute sim.exe in the Folder PLC Simulator.
4- PLC Simulator will appear on the taskbar. Right click and choose Options.

5- In the Simulator Panel Options window click on ... next to Starting Application with password and open your .STA project.

6- Click OK and open PLC simulator Panel by double clicking on the PLC Simulator icon on taskbar.

7- Notice that Run LED is blinking and Simulator is in IDLE state.
8- Click Reset button to put the PLC in Run mode

9- Important points to remember is that the PLC project must be configured in Simulator mode and also Automatic start in Run must be enabled.
