Sage RTU with old firmware is not compatible with newer browsers.

Environment

Power Metering device, front display.

Resolution

Open Microsoft Edge and enter the IP address for the RTU unit. Then press the Icon for compatibility mode. This is a workaround but it may not work with your current browser version.

A more permanent solution is the Offline Editor or the CPU upgrade. Contact technical support or your sales rep for more information.
