JAVA web pages for the BMXNOE0110 returns a blank page.
This issue can occur if the BMXNOE0110 web page is opened using Microsoft Edge.
To resolve the issue:
- Open 'Settings' in Edge'.
- Click on 'Default browser.'
- Set the 'Internet Explorer compatibility' in Microsoft Edge' for 'Never to let Internet Explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge'.
- Close Edge
- Open the BMXNOE0110 web page using Internet Explorer.
- Enter the username and password when prompted.
- Navigate to the JAVA web page.
- Accept the security warning.
- Click on Run.
