Control Expert v15.3 Cannot start after installation of Unity Dif v14 sp2
Issue:
Installing Unity DIF v14 SP2 on the same machine containing Control Expert V15.3 will result in Security Editor pop-up as below when you start Control Expert Classic or Control Expert Topology Manager.
Even after entering the username of "supervisor" (without password) or username "SecurityAdmin" (pswd: Azertyuiop12!) you will not be able to login or proceed further.

Control Expert v15, Unity DIF v14 SP2.
Environment:
Windows 10
Resolution:
Repair installation of Control Expert v15.3 and restart the Computer.
or
Install Unity DIF v14 and repair Control Expert v15.3
NOTE: The fix will be delivered in next release of Unity DIF (Control Expert DIF v15).
