How can I solve a dialog requesting with username and password when launching Control Expert ?
1. Issue :
Unable to start up Control Expert V15.3 as the login dialog box will not disappear despite entering the correct username and password

4. Resolution
Run Windows Computer Management (Win+R then type 'compmgmt.msc') as a user with Administrator rights. Navigate to ‘System Tools’ -> ‘Local Users and Groups’-> 'Users ->‘SecurityAdmin’, then ensure that the 'Password never expires' checkbox is checked.“
