Issue:
The UPS display is blank and will not respond

Resolution:
If the display is blank on startup or after a display/NMC reboot and the NMC status LED (behind the door to the right of the display) is:
- solid orange, this usually means the display firmware is stuck in a boot loader. This can be resolved by pressing the reset button in the pinhole until the LED starts flashing a different color (approximately for 20 seconds) to reset to factory defaults.
- on and doing something other than indicating solid orange, the wrong firmware is most likely installed on the display. Please install the correct NMC/Display firmware
- completely off, check the connections to the back of the display. The mini HDMI cable might be disconnected. You may also look for any damage to the cables/connections.
If none of these address the blank screen, please contact the Customer Care Center to get the display replaced.
