Resolution

A) ATV Drive Setup in SoMove

1. On the SoMove project assign a Fixed IP address.

2. Set a Drive Modbus Address, it can be 1. If more than one drive is being used, make sure every drive has a different address number.

3. Set the protocol configuration to "Modbus TCP" if there is more than one protocol option.

4. Set the control mode configuration CHCF to "I/O mode".

B) HMI Setup in EOTE

1. Add a Modbus TCP Master driver.

2. Set the IP address and Equipment Address to match the configuration on the ATV Drive.

3. Under variables, add the variables manually. Use the Logic Address information that matches the ATV Drive being used.

4. Bind the variables to the screen objects.

5. Download the projects and test.
