How to restart Easy UPS 3S after Emergency Power Off (EPO) activation?
Product Line
Easy UPS 3S
Enviroment
- All Easy UPS 3S models
- All firmware versions
- EPO is configured in default mode (turns off rectifier, inverter, charger, and static bypass immediately)
Cause
The EPO button was pressed, shutting down power delivery for safety.
Resolution
Follow these steps to restore normal operation:
- Release the EPO button.
- Clear the alarm:
- Go to Function Settings (key icon) → Function → Clear Alarm → Confirm.
- Turn on the battery relay:
- Go to Battery Status Information (battery icon) → Battery Relay → On → Confirm.
- Wait 3–5 minutes for the inverter to turn on and the UPS to resume normal mode.
Important Notes:
- Ensure the emergency condition is resolved before restarting.
