EPD-Ecodial system level exception thrown

System level exception solution:

After installing Ecostruxure power design Ecodial, if you receive a system level exception while launching Ecodial, then the issue lies in the .NET framework dependency that can be fixed as follows.

Step1: start> control panel> programs>programs >programs and features>Turn windows features on or off

Step2 : under windows features turn on or off

Ensure both of the below highlighted frameworks are checked and then click on OK

Step3:

this step might take some time, please wait and let the required files be downloaded and installed.

STEP4: once the installation of the files as shown above is completed, restart the system and launch the application.

This will fix the issue.
