Dispatch Services is an annual or multi-year service plan add-on to our cloud-based software EcoStruxure IT Expert. It covers a mix of 1-phase UPSs, PDUs, and other related accessories. With Dispatch Services, you monitor your equipment using EcoStruxure IT Expert (sold separately), our qualified experts train your Network Operations Center to handle basic remote support, and we perform advanced remote and on-site services, with replacement parts and labor included.
