Environment:
Software Installation

Cause:
The AMUser is not created under security logins but it is available under the application module database.

Resolution:
1. Delete the AMUser user under the Application Modules > Security > Users in management studio.
2. Create the user under Security > Logins. The AMUser should have the following settings as seen below.
Note: The AMUser password will be left blank because it is a unique password that will be added to the user during the installation.
The system will warn you that it is a risk, just ignore it and go through with creating the login.
If the SQL window will not allow you to leave the Password area blank, use the password which matches the Windows Password Policy (like ION!Everywhere)
3. Rerun the configuration. It will now pass the step "Check Applications Database"
