NMC1 Can’t be accessed using IE11 even if TLS 1.0 is enabled on the browser and SSLv3 disabled.

Environment:
IE11 for Windows 8.1 and 10,
NMC1 with firmware v3.9.0 and higher.
Cause:
Microsoft no longer supports RC4 ciphers in IE11 and Microsoft Edge. As mentioned in FA238115, 1G NMC’s with firmware v3.9.0 and higher are affected by this update from Microsoft.

Solution:
Access the NMC’s web interface. Go to Administration > Network > Web > SSL Cipher Suites and enable 3DES 168 bit. For Telnet access, Select Network > Advanced SSL/TLS Configuration > 3DES > Enable
