Resolution
When using Floating License Manger, the Usage Rights is defaulted to All. If you click 'Next' without changing the Usage Right from 'All' to 'Specify' it will activate all of the available usage rights.
By following the steps bellow you can return the activated license, then choose to only activate a specified amount of usage rights.
The activated license has been removed, you can now activate the license again and specify the number of usage rights you'd want to activate.
