ION9000, ION7400 Advanced and PM8000 Advanced meters Flicker and Flicker logging not enabled unless EN50160 enabled

Issue
Not possible to enable Flicker and Flicker logging on ION9000 or PM8000 Advanced or ION7400 Advanced without also enabling EN50160.

Cause
With default meter template, the Flicker module and logging Flicker parameters are only enabled if EN50160 is also enabled.

Resolution
Change the default template of meter with ION Setup or Designer. There are many different possibilities, one possible configuration is discussed in this article.

Link Flicker to 4-30 Enable
A) Connect to meter with ION Setup and place in Advanced configuration
B) Navigate to the flicker modules -> Flicker 1
C) Open module and select the Enable input
D) Click the edit button and select Ext Boolean -> 4-30 Enable -> 4-30 Enable
E) Click ok button then send button

Repeat steps for Data recorder module "EN50160 Prm-flk", and Pulse merge module "PQ Flick Tr mrg".
