Issue
After activating and configuring a CA-signed certificate for the PME Web Applications, the URL still shows the site is "Not secure".

Cause 1
There is a problem with the certificate and it will need to be modified and re-issued.
Resolution 1
1. Open the PME web browser using Chrome.
2. Right-click anywhere on the login page > Inspect
3. Select the three dots menu > More tools > Security
4. Refer to the Security overview to identify issues with the certificate. In the example screenshot below, the cause of the issue is due to the certificate not having at least one Subject Alternative Name:
Cause 2
The URL entered is incorrect or the HTTPS configuration is incomplete.
Resolution 2
Ensure the URL entered into the web browser matches either the "Issued To" field of the certificate or one of the "Subject Alternative Names". Refer to the "Configure PME for server certificates" section of the PME System Guide to ensure it was configured correctly.
