The display is blank after applying power to a PM700 Power Meter?

Possible Cause

The Power Meter may not be receiving the necessary power. If the Power Meters power terminals are daisy chained ensure that the Power Supply can provide enough current otherwise the display may appear faint.

A. Possible Solution
Verify that he Power Meter Live (L) and Neutral (N) terminals (terminals 25 & 27) are receiving the necessary power

B. Possible Solution
Verify that the heartbeat LED is blinking

C. Possible Solution
Check the fuse

Please note that the PM700 series is now obsolete
All PM700 references will be substituted by the new improved PM5000 references. Suggested substitution below:
