What is the maximum earth loop impedance Zs values for the I-line MCCB's CDXAE, CNXAE and CHXAE?

Please find attached the trip settings and maximum earth loop impedances values for:
- CDXAE, CNXAE and CHXAE range of Iline MCCB's with thermal magnetic trip unit
- CDXAE with electronic trip unit Micrologic 2.2.

Please note this range of breakers is now obsolete.
