Cause:
Not following the ramp. The speed feedback doesn't match the speed reference.
The sign of the speed feedback is different from the sign of the reference.
The speed is greater than 10% of the nominal speed (FRS)

Resolution:
• Check the brake feedback and the control circuit.
• Check the mechanical state of the brake.
• Check parameter BCI → brake contact input
• Check parameter BLC → brake assignment.
• Check parameter BRT → brake release time.
• Check parameter BET → brake engage time.
