Here is what you need to do.
This sounds like a setting in the meters when they are installed they need to be set corresponding the CT & the Breaker eg 125/5 if you have 125A CT block and a 125A breaker, example if you had the meter set 125/5 ratio and had 250A mccb you would get bogus readings and half the kw.
This can be done in the Meter - CT ratio menu, Primary as below ampage of the CT, Secondary will always be set to 5
How to do this:
1: Navigate to Maint > Setup. (on the meter)
2. Enter the setup password (default is “0000” or 0010) (or what this may have been set to), then press OK.
3. Navigate to Meter > Basic.
4.scroll down to CT Primary
Then click edit this will take you to the screen to edit the value change the value to the corresponding value of the CT you are using or Breaker , eg 250/5 , 125/5 , 400/5 400A etc
change value + or move left to go through numbers, then press ok , and ok save settings and these will update within the hour
