What will cause a OHF fault on the ATV58?

OHF or overheat fault on the ATV58.

Resolution :
This fault indicates overtemperature of the drive.
Check the motor load, cooling fan(s) and the ambient temperature of the drive.
Make sure that the heatsink is clean and that there is nothing obstructing the air flow past the heatsink.
It is best for the drive to be mounted with the heatsink against a flat surface. The drive should be mounted in a vertical position. This allows for proper convection cooling.
Once the drive cools down the unit will restart.
