The ATV312 has +24Vdc on logic inputs where no wires are connected?

Issue:
ATV312 measuring +24Vdc with no wires on logic inputs.

Cause:
Expecting 0Vdc on the logic inputs until 24Vdc is applied to them.

Resolution:
The Sink / Source switch needs to be in the source position for active high logic input operation.
