What does the OC2P fault mean on the ATV21 and ATV212 Drives?

Cause:
Short circuit or grounding fault during deceleration

Resolution:
The fault means: Short circuit or grounding fault during deceleration
Drop the motor leads and Megger out the motor and cables with a 1KV Megger.
Run drive with no motor connected: Set 605 to 0 and measure voltage coming out of the drive at 20/40/60 hz intervals phase to phase voltage measurement.
Check for proper grounding at the motor and drive.
