Issue:
What is the cause of the CFF fault on the ATS48 soft starter?

Product Line:
Altistart 48, ATS48

Environment:
All models, all serial numbers.

Cause:
Invalid configuration on power up.  This could be due to a replaced control board or electrical interference that prevents the control board from reading the configuration.

Resolution:
This fault is due to an Internal configuration error.
Complete a Factory Reset by going to drC menu > FCS parameter> change to YES.  Hold Enter button for 2s to complete this reset.  Reprogram the softstart.
Cycle power to the softstart.  Then provide a new run command.
If the fault persists after these steps, replace the control board or Softstart as applicable.
