Why does the motor run forward in bypass but reverse in AFC?

Motor runs wrong direction in AFC

Cause:
None

Resolution:
Recommendation , swap two of the drive output leads T1-T2-T3 (motor leads). Swap the leads between the drive output terminals (load side) and drive output contactor (line side).
