How can the firmware on the ATV71 and ATV61 drives be upgraded?

Issue:
Upgrading the firmware on the ATV71 and ATV61 drives.

Product Line:
ATV61, ATV71

Environment:
All models and serial numbers

Cause:
Firmware update

Resolution:
The control board can be sent into the Schneider Electric Industrial Repair Center for upgrading the firmware to the latest level.  Check with your local distributor for details.
Also, you can order a new replacement main control board part number:
VX4A61100Y  ATV61 frame sizes 1 thru 9
VX4A71100Y  ATV71 frame sizes 1 thru 9
VX4A61101Y  ATV61 frame sizes 10 thru 16
VX4A71101Y  ATV71 frame sizes 10 thru 16

Please note that this Drives firmware can not be upgraded in the field.
