Does the ATV61 Drive need to have a motor connected to perform diagnostic tests?

ATV61 diagnostic tests conditions

Product Line:
Altivar 61, Altivar 71

Environment:
All models, All serial numbers.

Cause:
Would like to perform thyristor and transistor tests on the drive.

Resolution:
A motor must be connected to the output of the drive in order to perform the transistor self diagnostic tests.
