M1E CPU Doesn't Allow OFS to Access Unlocated Variables

Issue
The purpose of this resolution is to inform OFS users of a problem where Unlocated Variables cannot be accessed in Momentum M1E processors. The issue only occurred with M1E IEC Exec. version 1.29.

Resolution
The issue is resolved by updating the M1E IEC Exec to version 1.30 or higher.

Note: The M1E Momentums have been obsoleted and replace with the Unity Momentum processors and with this you can use Data Dictionary and have unlocated variables.
