What does a blinking red power light on the XBTGT Magelis series indicate?

A blinking red led indicator lamp on the XBTGT range indicates either a system fault, or a power fault. Please refer to the electrical specifications below:

Power consumption	42 W
Supply	External source
Supply voltage limits	19.2 V-28.8 V
