How to perform a master reset on a PM600 series meter?

PM600 and using Modbus tester tools to read/write to registers

Cause

A master reset will place the meter back to factory default. Address, Baud Rate, Parity will not change. Caution: The Protocol will be reverted back to factory default (Powerlogic).

Resolution

1. Write 1110 to Register 7700 - This will perform a soft reset
2. Read 7715 - This will claim the protected interface
3. Read 2028 - This is the master password
4. Write the value from step 3 to Register 7721
5. Write 1120 to Register 7720
