How to setup NTP Source on Marathon XenServer?

Issue:
Marathon software is used for server redundancy for software that does not have this capability natively. If you do not have NTP Services setup on Marathon XenServer you will see issues with redundancy PVM time drift causing the PVM to shut down and restart. Once the PVM restarts it will synchronize again but it has been seen that as much as 6 hours difference to have occurred.

Redudndant PME Server using Stratus EverRun software.
