Resolution:
The meter can be upgraded in the field to comply with the EN50160 standard, uploading the PQ template attached to this article onto the meter. The template can be uploaded to the meter using ION Setup. There is a  potential issue if the template on the meter is customized, the customized portion will need to be ported over to the new template.
