Cause
Services may require restart when they have failed.

Resolution
The service can be configured to automatically restart:

1. Open Windows Services
2. Right-click lmadminSchneider
3. Go to Properties

4. Open the Recovery tab

​

5. Configure service to restart after first and second failure
