Issue
Customer has difficulties time synchronizing an ION meter with the GPS receiver.

Resolution
- Check whether the Clock Source setup register is set to COMMS.
- Check whether correct communication port has been selected through the Time Sync Source setup register.
- Finally, check in the Communication module whether the receiver that you want to use is correctly selected from the Protocol setup register.
- Make sure the from the front panel of the meter the hardware mode is selected to RS485 or RS232. Front panel>>COM>>hardware>>Mode>
