Resolution
The Firmware version and Serial Number of any meter (Legacy ACM or ION) can be found in ION Setup by following the steps below.

1. Open ION Setup.
2. Add the device to ION Setup. See the ION Setup User Guide in FA346479 for instructions.
3. Click the device of interest
4. Select Meter Diagnostics in the ION Setup toolbar.
5. Select the General tab to view the Firmware version and Serial Number of the meter.
