Part number for the Modbus Interface Module (IFM) to communicate with Compact NSX breakers

Cause
Customers can not order the module without the part number

Resolution
The IFM catalog number is LV434000.  Previously the catalog number for the IFM was STRV00210 in North America or TRV00210 in the rest of the world.
