Why does the drive read RDY after the run command is given to LI1 on ATV312 drive?

Issue:
RDY on screen after the run command is given to LI1

Product Line:
ATV312

Environment:
All

Cause:
Will not turn on motor

Resolution:
RDY on the HMI display means no run command has been issued.
Measure voltage between LI1 and com terminals verify +24Vdc is present with run command
Check the wiring between LI1 and +24Vdc ( customer switch )
Verify the programming is setup for terminal control ( CCS and Cd1 menu CtL)
Verify tCC settings for 2wire / 3wire matches the run command wiring.
Verify the drive is "not" in local mode ( push the green run button on the HMI )
