ION 8600 / 8650 COM4 Setup - "Not Available"

Issue:
When trying to configure the COM4 port from the from panel of the meter, "Not Available" is displayed when selecting the COM4 port.

Product Line:
ION 8600
ION 8650

Environment:
ION 86xx Front Panel

Cause:
The ION 8600 and 8650 Feature Set C meters do not support the COM4 port. The port physically exists and can be seen in the front panel menu, but it is deactivated in the firmware.

Resolution:
Use COM1 instead of COM4. If both RS485 ports are needed, the meter will need to be replaced with either an ION 86xx A or B meter.
