Issue:
How can a logic input preset speed be setup on the ATV61 and ATV71 while using the HMI for control and speed?

Product Line:
Altivar ATV61 and ATV71

Environment:
All

Cause:
Needs to take the drive out of local mode and turn on preset speed for 60Hz.

Resolution:
Keep the VFD in Remote mode, not Local mode.
Program Command menu parameters: Ref 1 channel = HMI and Profile = Separ
This gives RUN/STOP and speed control to the HMI.
Program Application Funct menu parameters: 2 preset speeds = LI3 (or other desired logic input) and Preset speed 2 = 60 (or other desired value).
When LI3 goes high, the speed reference will switch to 60Hz.  The HMI is still controlling RUN/STOP.
