Errant Time-Stamps on ION8650 meter waveform data

Issue:
Time-stamps from 1969 are seen on the time axis of waveforms on ION8650 meters. These errant time signatures occur only on waveforms that are captured around a power up/down of the meter.

Product Line:
ION8650

Environment:
ION8650 meters on firmware version 409 or earlier that capture waveforms at the power up/down of the meter.

Cause:
The hardware team has investigated this and has confirmed this as a firmware related issue.

Resolution:
Applying firmware version 004.020.001 for the ION 8650 will resolve this issue.
