Synchronization Offset with LMC058 in SoMachine

For multi axes synchronization in LMC058, offset regulation will happen on the fly.
FB MC_Phasing is available, but it only works for electronic gearing.
In electronic cam , FB MC_Phasing will interrupt the cam running so a logical encoder is the solution.
