Cause

CSH120 and CSH200 sensors are specifically designed for Sepam versions that support very sensitive earth‑fault protection. Not all Sepam Series 10 models include this feature, limiting the compatibility of these modules.

Resolution

CSH120 and CSH200 are not compatible with all Sepam Series 10 models. They can only be used with Sepam 10XX3X versions, which are the models equipped with very sensitive earth‑fault protection. Other Sepam 10 variants do not support these modules.
