Can a port number other than Modbus/TCP port 502 be used for I/O Scanning on the 140CPU6x..x native ethernet port?

No, the Quantum 140CPU6x..x Copro native ethernet port will only use Modbus TCP port 502 when performing an I/O Scanning function.
Port 502 is hard-coded into the Ethenet port settings and is not configurable.
