PME - How do I configure WebReach for a 50 Hz system?

For PME 7.2.2 and PME versions prior to 7.2, WebReach requires an additional configuration step if the power system is not 60Hz (for example, 50Hz).  To do this, a user needs add or modify the registry key “LineFrequency” under the WebReach subdirectory of PME.  This key should be assigned a DWORD value of 50(or 0x32 hex) in the case of a 50Hz system.  This value will then be used by WebReach in the calculation of the RMS plot.
