Does ICSA-15-246-02 actually apply to the M340 CPUs?
If it does, which version firmware addresses the issue?

Within the mitigation section you will find all versions this issue is fixed for each module.  The CPU’s are the last in the list V4.60 IR02 for the web version and 2.9 for the firmware.
