Why does an ION8650C meter using a Cellular Modem drop connection randomly?

Cause
The meter is unable to retain its Cell Modem firewall information and drops its connection. Power cycling the meter would only resolve the issue for a few minutes.

Resolution
Upgrade ION8650 meter to firmware version 4.21.0 to resolve this issue.
ION8650 V4.21.0 can be downloaded from the Schneider Electric website.
